When used in an aquatic animal environment we recommend following these 3 steps:

1. Rinse through thoroughly with water.
2. Soak in water for 24 hours.
3. Dispose of water.

Your rocks may now be used.

When used in any non aquatic animal environment Deco Rocks can be used straight away.

Yes, the product has been tested and is safe to use with aquatic animals in both warm or cold water aquariums and ponds, as well as many other animal environments.

On the selected product page we have created a user friendly calculator you can use to calculate roughly how many kilograms you need.

Yes, you can order samples and yes it is free.

To request a sample go to our contact page and on the form provided click on the enquiry type dropdown menu and select request a sample. Select the colour or colours you are interested in and fill in the form.

We will confirm by email your sample request and when the sample has been despatched.

For projects above 200kg we need to confirm availability and manufacturing timeframes.

You can still use our calculator to calculate the kilograms you may need and pricing above 200kg is provided in 20kg weight increments up to 1000kg which can be found in our price list.

When ordering from our website, postage is included for UK Mainland deliveries only.

The following Non-Mainland UK postcode areas are NOT currently eligible for free delivery:

We offer safe and secure payments through Stripe or Paypal.

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order and payment.

While we make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.

We use tracked delivery services for all items above 1kg, so you can track all your consignments.

We aim to despatch your order once the payment has been confirmed and aim to deliver within 2-7 working days depending on location.

Yes, for orders outside the United Kingdom please contact us so we can provide you with the best delivery and pricing options available.

All refund or exchange requests are handled through our contact us page where you can provide the relevant information and attach photos. We look into each refund or exchange request individually. Please read our terms and conditions concerning our policy on refunds. 

We feel the pictures are a true likeness to the rocks sold. Deco Rocks are derived from granite, so natural variations in colour may occur.

Yes, all our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.

Yes, for best overall results we recommend using a good quality permeable landscape fabric on top of the levelled soil before placing your chosen colour of rocks.

Currently the only size we supply online ranges from 14mm-22mm.

If you are interested in other sizes please contact us for further information.

Customers receiving delivery orders of up to 200kg will receive consignments in multiple securely boxed up and tracked packages ranging from 1kg-16kg.

If and when an order is required to be palletised we will contact you for availability.
